How to apply for an Erasmus+ grant
*While composing your Erasmus+ mobility proposal, you will need our ORGANISATION’S ID

STEPS
Step 1 : Get your ORGANISATION’S ID
*School or institute or consortium is eligible to apply, not a single teacher*
You will need an ID for your organisation. Register in EU Participant Portal to get the ID for your organisation
Step 2: Fill the pre-registration form
2.1 Fill our pre-registration form in order to pre-book your participation in our course and prove established relationship with your national agency.
2.2 Send your pre-registration form to [email protected]
2.3 We'll reply you immediately
Step 3: Proposal Submission (All the files are submitted online, so you'll need to scan documents)
3.1 Prepare a proposal under the Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (KA1), Learning Mobility of Individuals: download and fill an application form from your National agency website
3.2: Submit the application to your National agency.
* Bear in mind that there is a submission deadline every year . Check it through your National Agency.*
The deadline for 2022 is 23 February 2022, 12:00 Brussels Time.
Step 4: Proposal Acceptance
4.1 Check the webpage of your national agency for results.
*The majority of eligible countries publish results in late spring/early summer (May, June).*
4.2: When you receive positive feedback from your agency, please let us know so that we can confirm your chosen date.
4.3: Sign the contract with your national agency.
Step 5. Payments
5.1 Fees (400 euros per participant) should be paid no later than 1 month before the course begins.
5.2 Payments should be made via University of crete bank transfer. (We'll send you full details)
5.3 Cancellations are not possible, less than 30 days before the beginning of each course.
